System and Hosting Administrator( M/F)

In order to strengthen our team, Cloud Temple is offering you the opportunity to join us as a System and Hosting Administrator. You will report to the team leader.

The Internet team manages our customer's Internet infrastructure and operates as part of the ADSI/H (Secure Remote Access and Hosting) team, which provides the following services for the group:

• Load balancing and high availability
• Incoming Reverse Proxy
• Product Key Infrastructure
• Hosting (virtualisation, storage, backup)
• Log centralisation
• File Transfer

MISSIONS :

As a System and Hosting Administrator, you'll be responsible for :

Administer and maintain infrastructures with high availability constraints:

• Understand the variety of infrastructure services and their provision for the hosting offers supported by the team
• Diagnose, analyse and resolve incidents (N2+)
• Carry out change requests submitted by customers
• Keeping technical documentation up to date (DAT, DEX)
• Contribute your ability to think and analyse medium to complex architectures
• Customer communication (summarising, teaching, writing)
• Be a driving force behind proposals to improve the quality of the service provided
• On-call duty and any HNO interventions

In-house consultancy and cross-functional activities:

• Qualify customer requirements and provide technical expertise
• Be able to advise a technical or non-technical contact on IS components
• Take steps to industrialise, standardise and automate recurring procedures (or actions)
• Monitoring infrastructure security, understanding and complying with standards

Job requirements :

Level of qualifications :

• BAC + 2 and more

Technical skills required :

• OpenSource system administration (Debian, Redhat, etc.)
• LAMP architecture (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• Web architecture/hosting administration (load balancing, high availability)
• Security (Reverse Proxy, SSL Certificate, PKI, etc.)
• Web application administration (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Nginx)
• Supervision element administration (Icinga, graphite)
• Database administration (Mysql, MariaDb, PostGres)

Technical knowledge in :

• DevOps: Docker, Ansible
• Scripting: Shell, Python, Perl
• Database: Oracle / MySQL / Maria DB

Language skills :

• French: Bilingual
• English: Intermediate
