The technician will work on a daily basis at our customers' sites in the Paris region and at Cloud Temple's premises.
MISSIONS :
Reporting to the End-Users Division Manager, you will work on a daily basis at our customers' sites in the Paris region and at Cloud Temple's premises:
- Local customer support
- Follow-up of actions defined by the End-Users division manager
- Monitoring contractual indicators
- Recording files in the ticketing tool
- Identifying, qualifying and resolving incidents and requests
- Escalation, coordination and follow-up (reminders) of unresolved requests and incidents to the skills groups
- Drafting of documentation following incidents or requests for services not covered,
- Inventory management
As part of the drive to improve skills (Microsoft, Fortinet, Security, ITIL, etc.), a training and certification programme is offered to every member of staff in the End-Users/Utilities division.

SKILLS REQUIRED :
Training : ❑ Post-BAC
Tools you need to know :
❑ Mastery of the Windows 8, 8.1, 10, and MacOs workstation environment, the Office pack, Microsoft Outlook\Exchange, Azure and Office 365
❑ Command PS or cmd (ipconfig, tracert, nslookup ......) , patching and cabling, DHCP Client, IPv6, DNS DHCP ...).
❑ Knowledge of workstation and information system security: anti-virus, anti-spam, encryption, etc.
❑ Remote access management (VPN, Token, MFA, etc.)
Language skills : English: read, spoken and written
