Junior Cloud Support Engineer on work-linked training (M/F)

Cloud Temple, a leader in digital sovereignty, supports businesses and public sector bodies in the transformation, hosting and outsourcing of their critical applications. Cloud Temple is offering you the chance to join its teams as a work-study student in the Trusted Cloud Support team.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the practices implemented to maintain our computing and virtualisation infrastructures in operational condition, as well as the first-line handling of support tickets escalated by our customers (internal or external).

You will learn to work on certified infrastructures (SecNumCloud, HDS) with strict security and availability constraints. The team is at the forefront of requests and incidents, so the activities are varied and will enable you to quickly gain experience and apply the skills you have acquired, as well as developing new ones.

MISSIONS :

As a Junior Cloud Support Engineer on a sandwich course, you will be able to develop the following skills :

• A first approach to the practices involved in maintaining and upgrading our infrastructures, as well as maintaining the stability of the service provided to customers.
• Communication with customers and partners on the progress of escalated issues
• Participate in the delivery of provisioning and Professional Services
• Developing and maintaining a technical knowledge base

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Education : ❑ Bac+4/+5

Skills to be developed :

❑ ITIL concepts

❑ Knowledge of Cisco and IBM Storage products

❑ Knowledge of UNIX environments

❑ Knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, Bash, PHP, Golang, JAVA.

❑ Knowledge of VMware and XCP/Vates products

❑ Writing skills

❑ Customer relations skills

Language skills : English: read, spoken and written

EXPECTED SKILLS :

Expected experience: initial self-taught or taught experience in virtualisation would be appreciated.

❑ First experience in administration of various infrastructures.

❑ Theoretical knowledge of different storage architectures (SAN / vSAN).

❑ Knowledge of service supervision solutions and their performance.
