MISSIONS :
- Account management : Take charge of the complete management of a customer account, orchestrate dynamic steering committees and ensure meticulous monitoring of contractual indicators.
- Customer Tool Management : Master the cutting-edge tools at your disposal to deliver an optimal customer experience and maximise growth opportunities.
- Contract analysis: Demonstrate your expertise by analysing customer contracts, ensuring compliance and exceeding expectations.
- Technical and Financial Proposals: Actively contribute to the drafting of innovative proposals, shaping the future of our accounts and stimulating their financial development.
- Team Support: Enrich your experience by working closely with our experienced professionals, taking part in varied and stimulating projects.
- Customer Request Management: Be the hero by responding quickly and efficiently to customer requests, reinforcing our special relationship with them.
