Reporting to the Customer Governance Director, you will be responsible for maximising the satisfaction, loyalty and profitability of a portfolio of customers, while actively contributing to winning new accounts.

Tasks :

As a Account ManagerYou will be responsible for :

Developing and retaining the existing customer portfolio.

  • To manage the satisfaction and loyalty of the customers entrusted to us, ensuring a relationship of lasting trust.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts, through the sale of new services and tailored solutions.
  • Optimising the profitability of current contracts and keeping account plans and monitoring tools up to date.

Acquisition of new accounts (New Business).

  • Build solid relationships with key decision-makers through structured lobbying, networking and commercial follow-up.
  • Actively prospect for new customers, in line with Cloud Temple's vision and ambitions.
  • Coordinating the response to invitations to tender, in collaboration with in-house teams, ensuring an optimum balance between technical, financial and strategic aspects.
  • Managing sales opportunities via CRM, and ensuring clear, structured reporting on progress and performance.
Profile required

Profile required 

Level of qualifications :

BAC +3 Grande Ecole de Commerce or equivalent.

Level of experience :

At least 2 years' successful experience in infrastructure outsourcing within an ESN.

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of prospecting and sales techniques.
  • Commercial negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT environments, including cloud services (private and public) and facilities management.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes.

Tools to master :

  • Office 365 (office pack, collaborative tools).
  • Dynamics 365.

Language skills :

French: Bilingual

English: Advanced (advanced written and oral comprehension and expression, able to communicate with ease in an international professional context)
