Work-linked production engineer (M/F)

To support the growth of Cloud Templewe are looking for 3 Production engineers on work-study contracts (M/F) to join our teams in our Service Centres.

During your work-study placement, you will be expected to develop your skills and be autonomous in the following areas:

Administration and maintenance of infrastructures with high availability constraints :

• Diagnose, resolve and analyse incidents
• Participate in migration or integration projects
• Contribute to the drafting of technical documentation (DAT, DEX)
• Contribute your ability to think and analyse medium to complex architectures
• Make suggestions to improve the quality of the service provided.

In-house consultancy and cross-functional activities :

• Helping to quantify project workloads
• Increasing skills in providing advice to a technical or non-technical contact on IS elements
• Take part in translating functional requirements into technical architecture
• Provide support or training for recurring actions
• Participate in initiatives aimed at industrialising, standardising and automating recurring procedures (or actions)
• Help guarantee our customers' IS performance
• Help recommend technical choices.

• Mastering environments :
• Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, Windows DNS, Sharepoint, Messaging, PKI
• Open Source Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Apache, Postfix, OpenLDAP
• Virtualisation VMware, Hyper-V, VSphere, KVM
• Network & Security Firewall Fortinet, Proxy and Reverse Proxy, antivirus (Kaspersky, McAfee, Sophos, etc.)
• Scripting PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python
• Database SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Automation Puppet, Terraform, Chef and Ansible
• Containerisation Docker, Kubernetes
• Public Cloud Azure, AWS or Google Cloud

You are preparing a higher education qualification (Bac+3 or more), in an engineering school or equivalent.
