Management Controller (M/F)

Cloud Temple, France's leading sovereign cloud provider, is recruiting a Management Controller to strengthen its dynamic and fast-growing finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in managing and optimising our rapidly expanding Cloud business.

Your mission: to contribute to the performance of the Cloud business

Against a backdrop of annual growth of over 30% in France and preparations for international expansion, you will be responsible for the financial performance of our Cloud offering. Your expertise will be called upon to guide the company's strategy and support management in its key decisions.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and optimising financial management tools: Developing high-performance management tools for monitoring key indicators.
• Accurate and regular financial reporting: Ensuring the reliability of data and its analysis for better decision-making.
• Leading the steering committee: Actively participating in strategic discussions with the various operational teams.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets: Working with the teams, preparing realistic and ambitious budgets.
• Variance analysis and budget reviews: Monitoring performance, anticipating variances and proposing corrective action.
• Ad hoc financial studies: Carrying out in-depth financial analyses to support specific projects or strategic decisions.
• Developing and optimising pricing policy: Implementing pricing strategies tailored to markets and competition.
• Managing and automating the invoicing process: Supervising invoicing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and continuous process improvement.
• Financial management of the CESAR programme: Ensuring the financial management of a €40m strategic programme over 3 years dedicated to the R&D of new Cloud products.

Level of qualifications BAC +5, Graduate of a business school or equivalent

Experience expected:

We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with strong analytical skills and an excellent sense of strategy. You will have successful experience in management control, ideally in a technology sector, with a spell in an audit firm.

You are known for your thoroughness, proactivity and ability to interact with high-level contacts

Tools to master :

• Business Intelligence, PowerBI if possible
• ERP, if possible Sage
• Office automation (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

Language skills :

• English: advanced level
