Job description

You will join the CSP (Cloud Service Provider) department and will be responsible for coordinating and managing all the department's projects, in line with business objectives.

These interdependent projects are integrated into a multi-year roadmap.
Your role will be to manage the teams and partners and organise the implementation of projects, while ensuring that each project contributes to achieving the overall objectives of the programme.
You'll be working on SecNumCloud-qualified and HDS-certified infrastructures and products, for example, with tight security and availability constraints.
You will be working with a team of around twenty people, based in our agencies in France.

MISSIONS : 

  • Planning and defining objectives: establishing project objectives, deliverables and a detailed plan
  • Managing resources and risks: Allocating the necessary resources, managing budgets and anticipating potential risks
  • Monitoring and control: Monitoring the progress of the project, adjusting plans as required and ensuring that deadlines and costs are met.
  • Communication and coordination: maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and coordinating the project team
  • Delivery and closure: Ensure delivery of results, evaluate project performance and officially close the project
  • Financial management: Implementation and monitoring of project budgets, optimisation and analysis.

Profile required

Training5 years' higher education, from a top engineering school or equivalent

Expected experience: You have at least 10 years' experience in managing technical projects

Areas of expertiseA solid knowledge of Telecom, Datacenter and Cloud Infrastructure.

Technical skills :

  • Team management and leadership skills: Ability to lead technical teams, motivate developers and engineers, and manage conflict within complex projects.
  • Communication skills: Strong ability to convey information clearly and concisely, to listen actively and to express oneself persuasively, both orally and in writing, and the ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and partners: Significant experience in managing relations with suppliers and partners, including negotiating and managing contracts.
