To support Cloud Temple's continued growth, we are looking for a Business Developerr, responsible for developing the public sector in the health, social and research sectors. You will report directly to the Head of Public Sector and will be responsible for energising your territory, generating high-potential opportunities and making a significant contribution to sales growth.

Reporting to the Head of Public Sector, he/she will effectively manage his/her sector in order to maximise the benefits in terms of opportunities and ultimately sales generated for development.

Your tasks:

  • Strategy and development. Designing and implementing a business development strategy for the health, social and research sectors, in line with the Sales Division's vision and market priorities.
  • Prospecting and account opening. Identify, prospect and engage new customers through a targeted approach, using Dynamics CRM and maximising leads from marketing operations, framework agreements and inbound leads.
  • Sales cycle management. Leading meetings with prospects from start to finish: identifying needs, presenting solutions, negotiating and signing contracts.
  • Qualifying requirements and transforming them into projects. Detect opportunities by accurately qualifying the needs of prospective customers. Transforming these opportunities into concrete projects, whether simple (via central purchasing bodies) or complex (invitations to tender, sourcing).
  • Developing partnerships with central purchasing bodies. Optimising listings with central purchasing bodies such as Ugap and CAIH to maximise the visibility of our offerings.
  • Coordination of responses to calls for tender. Developing strategic responses to invitations to tender in collaboration with the Pre-Sales team, combining technical and financial aspects.
  • Transfer to operational teams. Ensure a smooth transition from signed projects to the Delivery and Customer Governance teams, guaranteeing flawless execution and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting. Actively monitoring your portfolio of opportunities, managing your performance and targets, and reporting progress via Dynamics CRM and at sales meetings.
  • Participation in marketing campaigns and events. Contribute actively to marketing campaigns, events and trade fairs, working closely with the Marketing Department to strengthen your network and raise awareness of Cloud Temple.
    Developing and enriching your network. Continuously enrich your contact base through your professional network, strengthening your pipeline of opportunities.
Profile required

Level of qualifications :

  • BAC +5 Grande Ecole de Commerce or equivalent.
  • 5 years' successful experience in an ESN, ideally in the public sector.

Areas of expertise :

  • Proficiency in prospecting and sales techniques.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the public sector, particularly health.
  • Knowledge of IT environments, including cloud services (private and public) and facilities management.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and public procurement.

Tools to master :

  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Office pack, collaborative tools).
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365.

Language skills :

  • French: Impeccable
  • English: Intermediate
